172-Day Obedience Training Plan for Submissive Men
The 172-Day Obedience Training Plan is a structured collection of 22 themed BDSM ritual modules for submissive men and couples exploring female-led or D/s dynamics.
It includes 516 ritual tasks, verbal command scripts, protocols, contracts and certificates designed for daily obedience practice, themed challenges or longer-term submissive training.
This plan is designed for adults who enjoy consensual submission, obedience play and structured power-exchange roleplay. You can adapt the content to your own boundaries, relationship and pace.
Who this training plan is for?
This 172-day obedience training plan is a good fit if you want:
- Structured submissive man tasks and daily rituals - A longer-term FemDom or D/s training plan with clear themes - Verbal scripts, protocols and ritual-based activities - Flexible content for couples exploring female-led dynamics - Printable and mobile-friendly resources you can adapt to your own pace and boundaries
It may not be the right fit if you are looking for a personalized, custom-made training plan or a physical product.
How to use Obedience Training Plan?
Start by choosing a themed module that matches your dynamic: service skills, long-distance obedience, business trip protocols, pet play, digital humiliation or roleplay-based scenarios.
Use one module for a short 3- to 7-day challenge, or combine several modules to create a longer training routine. Discuss boundaries, preferences and comfort levels with your partner, and adapt any task or script to your own dynamic.
Because the plan includes short modules and a full 172-day structure, you can use it for a focused week, a month-long challenge or an ongoing shared practice.
